610whp / 438tq S2000 Custom Sidewinder Manifold, 6262SP, Stock Motor E85
What's goin on fellas. So as some may know, I ditched the ILP stage 1 kit and started a new project. I have a guy here by the name of John Russakoff (Formula Drift driver www.JSPFab.com) who made me a custom Sidewinder manifold for my setup and is an actual equal length design.
Final Numbers are as follows:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltFEAzCqHyk
E85 - 610whp / 439tq @ 21psi
91 Octane - 435whp, 318tq @ 12 psi
My goal was 600whp on E85 and....I DID IT lol.
Stock F22C
Inline Pro 3mm headgasket
ARP head studs
KPro
-----------------------------------------------------------
Custom Sidewinder Turbo Manifold
Precision 6262 .82 hotside w/ported shroud
3" downpipe
Inline Pro 3" exhaust
Tial MVR Wastegate
Inline Pro BOV
600hp Intercooler
-----------------------------------------------------------
ID1000 Injectors
Bosch 044 inline fuel pump
Single Walbro intank pump wired with relay and 10 ga wire
Weldon FPR 100psi base pressure
AEM Fuel rail
All -6an fuel lines
Here is the complete build! Enjoy the pics The mesh screen was only to get me home. The K&N is on its way!
I'd like to give thanks to the following people: John @ JSP-FAB for creating one hell of a manifold, Tony @ T1Performance, Matt Shue - Shue-Tuning, Mike @ Laskey Racing, Mike and Autowave, Pete at Unlimited Auto Care Care VB, Joel @ Speed-Theory, Bobby @ S&M Automotive Richmond, and many others that have helped me through this build.

No power, no power, no power, no power, no power, no power, POWER, POWER!!
Doesn't look like a very fun powerband, but other than that looks nice.... why no coating on the manifold?

You don't like the 200HP jump over a 600RPM range in the first graph? That's the real meaning of 'light switch' power delivery.

What are you talking about lol. The powerband is extremely fun! Its schedule 10 SS pipe so I'm sure what it "looks" like? Coatings on manifolds are not really recommended due to the heat cycles and the changing properties of the metal. The guy that made the manifold didn't recommend it.
