Lawyer, everyone acts all sorry and hurt outside of court. But incourt its totally different, they will have a lawyer and there lawyer will tell them what to say on best behalf of there sake.

Go for the lawyer.
She takes her cut out of your winning. (usually)
And you need relaxing time, let a lawyer deal with it all.
