564 used to be the hot spot for street racing. Police started staking out the races, hiding in the bushes off the highway and filming the races. Well finally one night they set up a roadblock during a race, and busted everyone on the highway, and surrounded the meet area and were handing out tickets to everyone they could there.

Thats the short story.
