Are they front wheel drive or rear wheel drive?
I believe they are front wheel drive but im not 100% sure

I'm assuming you're talking about the Nissan (300ZX) ... unless there is some other car that is designated a 300Z

yea that's the car. How good are they at drifting? im thinking about getting a 240(96 and up) i also like the 300z but not sure if they are good at drifting

Drifting depends WAY more on the driver than the car. Get just about any RWD car and you can drift like the pros (or at least try like them).

if you want a drift machine, go with the 240 over the 300. the weight distribution seems to be better in the 240. see lots more of those on the drift circuits than 300's.

Is truly a nice but expensive car to drift. The main reason you hardly see 300's on the courses is because of the cost and it's high maintainance. 240's are much cheaper. I would still get a 300!

I agree. And even the pros end up doing 360's quite often when trying to drift a Z. The 240 should be much easier to master.

Yeah 240s are better for drifting, which we all know is a GREAT idea on public roads......
