from the looks of the car I really don't think torque is a factor?....assuming this civic is more for show than go. Anyhow a friend of mine had 18x8's on his em2 with 215-35-18 toyo tires & eibach lowering springs and didn't rub? I'm not sure if his fenders were rolled or not though.
