Wait... you'd have to push your car off a cliff to make it hit 13s?

HE'd have to shut his car off at the 1/8 to hit 13s.

I would do the all motor route also. I'm trying to get there with a LS non-VTEC. It's all about picking the right mods. I just need a B16 tranny for closer gears and my LS will be pretty quick.

I'm going to be the only one to disagree here but...

Screw N/A, I know the K20A2 responds well to mods as does any other K Series but are you going to stop modding once you hit high 13's? Sure, the bolts ons would be a cheap way to get into the 13's. I/H/E and tires won't get you there IMO. The only possible way I see is dropping the 1k for the comptech header, even though the jackson racing header "gets the same gains", and every other high dollar item. You get what you pay for.

All I'm saying is once you get the cheap mods for N/A out of the way, pray for a promotion, or a winning lottery ticket to afford your internals, etc.

And watch out for that clutch, K-Series has a tendency to slip with small power adders.

jarrett, he's just getting basic stuff right now, and then he has to go to iraq for a year because of military. then when he gets back, he'll have some nice money to work with and he'll start doing the more expensive internal work :p
