If someone follows me like that and rides my ass I open my sun roof and throw pennies out and then eventually end it all by throwing out glass bottles. If that doesn't work I lock my steering wheel in place stand up threw my sunroof and launch a graffling hook threw his windshield and then I enter his vehicle and kick him out of the car.
