I'm just glad he didn't resort to violence, people like that are usually quite unstable. I also commend you for not playing his game, though I would have called 911 and pressed charges. Just threatening you is assault (touching you is battery).
Anyway - I'm glad you posted the make/color and tag. If I see it on the road I'll be keeping my distance. If conflict is unavoidable - give it all you've got and in a hurry. If you can avoid it - you and everyone around you will be better off.
