Default Window tint ticket

I know that this has been addressed in the past but I was just wondering if it is even worth the time to actually try and fight a window tint ticket? I mean I bought the car like this, not that that is an excuse. Just don't want to go to court and then be told "oh well" and have to pay the court fees. I can always strip the windows I guess. How much is the the ticket total if you decide to pay upfront?

Whats your tint? If you go below a certain level for the waiver, it's illegal still.

I've got one before, just tell them you bought the car like that. Peel the tint off and bring it to court and show the judge, she should let you off.

Alright do what was said and take it off and show the judge. When you get it put back on do this... take a picture of your car 360 degrees and then put the tint on. this way you will always have the picture for court if it happens again. another thing you can do is have someone shine a flashlight inside the window and take a picture that way it gives off the appearance that the tint is legal or off. trust me it has worked before.
