Not really. In the eight years I have been a Trooper, I have been in 40 car chases. One out of those forty,(black Cobra in Fairfax, the passenger called into DC101 to tell the story to Elliot and the morning crew, I happened to be listening when he called in) was a "car person". All of them either were drunk, suspended, wanted or some combination.
