Talking Whos got these plates...
I saw a lowered white teg yesterday with plates that say "IHTEDMV". Gave me a good laugh. I wondered if it was anyone on here?

I wanna know who has the plates "LV TWAT" I saw them on a truck yesterday while I was at the body shop.
