Where's the Norfolk Navy Base lemon lot?

Default Where's the Norfolk Navy Base lemon lot?
I want to drop my car off at the base lemon lot to sell it; I know there's got to be one somewhere at NOB, but I've got no idea where it is. Anyone bought/sold a car there? How does it work, do I just park it there with a for-sale sign, or do I need to fill out any paperwork or anything?

I'm pretty sure you need permission first to put your car up for sale. Try contacting the base operator, they maybe able to help you.

lol I was wondering the same thing.... I see a few car over by the piers as well by the softball field and McDonalds.

I was hoping that was it- nice spot withing walking distance of the carrier piers, so when two strike groups get off from deployment, fat from 6 months of tax free salary, and want to pick up a car.

Any idea who would run this, or who to talk to?
