Where's the best place to get wheels road force balanced?

isn't the purpose of balancing to equal out any irregularities? So what if the tire is heavier on one side if you counter act that with wieght on the other side of the wheel. I don't understand why this would make a difference.

There is a differnece to just balancing the irregularities of the tire and rim to "Matching" the irregularities of both the tire and rim. The more weight you have on a tire, the more likely it is to vibrate at higher speeds. Road Forcing is not nessecary (sp?) for regular highway/street driving unless the irregularities are way too far apart. You cant actually make vibrations from "small" flat spots go away if you can match the rim and tire up perfectly or near perfect.
