I need one to replace my trailing arm bushing but dont want to spend $175 to buy my own right now.

anyone rent them out locally or does someone have one that i can borrow?

Doesn't advance or auto zone loan tools as long as you bring them back and don't fuck them up.

Check on that, I'm pretty sure they do, unless this is some honda specialty tool.

if you have access to the navy base, or have a friend in the military you can use theirs for $1. Only problem is you have t odo it in their shop. If you want i could probably do it for you. are you trying to save it? If not you could burn it out.

 

if this is for a civic or integra you can beat it out with a hammer. air hammer works too

Not gonna work.. they check to make sure the vehicle being worked on has to be registered to the service member. they check the registration. Oceana's hobby shop has a huge sign stating this.


Now if you just bring the part in.. I dont think they would notice or ask.

 

use a hammer to get it out.

and

use a hammer to get it back in.

ive done it before.

 

thats what i was getting at. sorry i didn't make that clear. i've brought in rear trailing arms only and used their press. i never brought my car there.
