Yeah, pretty good assumption. The 745i is a 250 ish horsepower car that was built with F1 technology. It was meant to be a replacement for the V-12 motor, so at a minimum-it would have the same horsepower equivalent. That is where things get crazy. With a small adjustment of the factory external Wastegate on the K-27 Turbo and a chip, the car is good for 400+ horsepower. With a Walbro or any bigger fuel pump and AFPR, you can up that to 500 horses, on the stock bottom end. The cars only came to the US via Diplomats and other methods of back-dooring the feds. So there are less than a hundred on the roads in the US today. Not to mention the factory ported and polished heads on these cars are straight from the BMW racing factory.

As for the Alpina, it is a 535i with Alpina upgrades, just like you would have a Saleen or Roush Mustang. So I hope that helps.
