What is the premier head unit for a car?
I have a new truck coming in within a week or so (Tacoma) and am looking for an excellent head unit to replace the factory unit. I already have Audison amps and Focal speakers but would like a top of the line head unit (single or double din). I would like to have nav if possible but really want to ensure it has excellent musical specs. If you could buy ANY unit, which would it be? Thanks for any recommendations or local dealers.

Look into some Xtant amps for those focals. I had that setup in one of my Stangs and good numerous compliments on it being one of the cleanest sounds people had heard.
Thanks for the replies thus far. I used to be into high-end car audio WAY back when (had the first Rockford punch 45 when they were good). I've heard good things about Eclipse.........I'll check out Premier and Alpine. I am also putting in a carputer so I want as much integration as possible. I have excellent speakers (Focal 165K3P) and very clean Audison amps....I will be using brown bread sound dampening and have a crap load of good wiring. Just checking out head units so far. Etronics does have good prices....used them several times. Thanks again so far.
