My 2 cents. I actually looked it up in Webster's. Ricer = Individual whom drives an Import that does not have performance upgrades to back up his mouth, while at the same time, insists said individual's (insert appearance mod) is enough to take out most cars.
Right from the horse's mouth... not the horse's ass.. which could be a joke people that don't agree w/ Webster's might throw around.
