Dave, although I can't relate, if you ever want to just take off for va beach, 15MoC is here for you on tuesdays, and I'm working on the car all the time, so if you want to call and stop by the garage and have a beer or two that's fine too. Sometimes it's good to get away from everything to clear your head. =)

well ive been through some pretty crazy ups and downs, and i learned that whatever happens happens. just roll with the punches and whenever life gives you a break, enjoy it. good luck man, you will get through this.

just remeber to save your money and live within your means, it prevents a lot of headaches when things go wrong. oh and btw, i dont know if youre religious but prayer and meditation really helped me out in the past, you dont feel so alone.

 

You need a lawyer. First of all she can't kick you out of your own house as long as your name is on it, if she won't let you in or changed the locks just call the police and they should let you in. If you aren't divorced you need to do so ASAP, get full or partial custody of your son, and never see her again. You are way more of a man than I to have put up with all that shit.

Yeah, sell everything to one of your really good friends for the hefty sum of $1.00. That way when she tries to get everything, you dont own it anymore and she cant touch it. After the preceedings, buy it back for said $1.00.

For example, if you still have the title to the Z, sell it to someone. They'll go with the police, and get it for you, and then its being taken care of.

 

Sorry to hear about your luck man. I wouldn't think she'd have a leg to stand on if all you say is true. I do think the physical altercations will hurt you legally though. I mean I understand that you need to protect yourself, but I just don't see any good coming from them.
