since im never home but will be soon for good(getting into local driving) i was woundering if around the 27th all the 757 240's(that run) would like to get together and hang out like either at bass pro or maybe newport news city center (there is a sports bar that has half off pitchers when a game is on) we could possibly even do a cruise or something. swap some parts or whatever. im just throwing the idea around. i'd like to meet other owners and see about maybe making a club or something. but anyways i figure city center cuz like it always goes unless there is beer involved noone will show up. so there bring 10 bucks and have a few pitchers of beer or we can go to bass pro and watch some of the idiots fight about who is better than who. anyways let me know what you think about a meet/club/group/beer fest.....i personally will go with the beer fest whether or not anyone shows.

btw this isnt an event just seeing what could happen if the 240 owners stop being lazy.

 

How many 240 owners live in hampton? Bass Pro Shop is like 25-30 mins away from me and the interstate is like 2 mins from my house, so I am not sure how successful it will be.

i dont know honestly....i live in newport news and when im home i always see a few of em around...they arent the best looking but i see em. i dont know if any of em post on here either. the only other 240 owners i know is my friend and a guy who lives down the street from him. if we had to do it across the water i wouldnt mind a drive out there. i like the beach better than the penninsula. i just dont know of anything over that way were we could meet up at. if you have a few places we could meet up at in particular with no problems from the law or the owners then be my guest to put them up here as a possibility.......the only reason i suggested city center in newport news is the sports bar im talking about is also part of a parkin garage that is free to the public and we could terrorize the top floor.

Alright, well lets see where this thread goes...but if you need an across the water spot we could find one I'm sure.

 

I am sure there would be a better turn out if it was on the southside. I am down with a meet. My car doesn't run but I can catch a ride with another 240sx driver.

 

im down with whereever it would be easiest to get some people together...im thinking meet somewhere maybe a few drinks and maybe a cruise....besides i always like the sound of the tunnel and loud exhaust.

 

i will own a 240 in the future
