Default Welder wanted.

I need someone who is good with piping and welding to offer their services to me to help me make a custom v-band downpipe set-up for my turbo. What I need is pretty simple... I need the downpipe to fit my oxygen sensor and I have all the flanges need. I can purchase the type and quantity of pipe needed. All I need is someone who is skilled with the proper tools to do this.

Let me know if you can help or if you know any person or business that can do this for a somewhat reasonable price. If you can help, let me know what you would charge.

EDIT: As a matter of fact, I would prefer to use my original downpipe and have it cut from the stock turbo-back flange and have a piece of pipe welded to it to extend it with a v-band flange on the end of it. Then I will need a flange on my turbo.
