Trust me, no one worth a shit will come and take pictures for 4 hours, post process them (at least another 4 hrs+), then give you all of digital files for $400.

Shit hit them up.... traditionally the Womans family pays for most of the wedding. Although thats not happening with my marriage, so good luck.

 

You should give photographers more credit, they spend a lot more time on gigs like that then you think. Its not like hiring a musician for a wedding where you're only paying for their time.

 

I have a buddy who's a photographer and he does some nice shit and has done quite a few weddings. Puts tons of time into his work and the finished project is amazing. If you want I can PM you his information so you can talk things over with him about prices and what not seeings how I don't know how much he charges.
