I still havent put in my battery disconnect switch or used the right bolts to bolt down my battery box.I have 6 self tapping screws holding it down now.Do you think ill pass threw tech like this cuz I dont wanna drive all the wayy there and my car not pass tech.Anyone know any slack tech guys at vmp???

No, you will not pass tech there without a battery disconnect if your battery is relocated, or if your battery moves.
