oh i know they are expensive, the guy was kind of proud of how much they were gonna rape people on dyno time, and was semi offensive to my import cause......

ahahahaahahahaha

They left me with the strong impression that they would struggle to change my oil !!

They fucked my friends oil pan up (all it needed was to be tapped), they fucked my friends downpipe up (dripped shit into his turbo), and I know someone who took a small block chevy intake to them to get ported and gasket matched...they said they couldn't do it LOL.
Now if they can't handle that kinda shit I wouldn't trust them with dick!

I have no personal experience with them but coincidentally just yesterday I was talking with a Buddy of mine who runs a local (not to be named) hot rod shop and he said that they ripped him off on dyno time, they "tuned" his car but wouldnt tell him what they did, they didnt explain the dyno sheets and the entire process was only like 25 mins long and they charged him like $170 for the dyno and $70 for the tuning.

They wont ever see me walk through the front door.

when i looked into them for tuning they were definitely pricey

but ive heard the dowdys are really good people. a friend of mine is friends with i guess the main guy (rick dowdy?) and says he is definitely a good guy and can set up a chassis like nobody else.

Ive never really heard any positive reviews.

Im sure there are some people that are happy with them, its just ive seen quite a few posts/comments with complaints.

That being said, Ive never been there so you never know.
