We only have two Service Advisors at my Auto shop, me being one of them. That entails me not having a day off except for Sunday's. We need atleast three. You get 5.85 an hour plus 10% commision off of the profit. We use Shopkey/mitchell and All data. You have to have experience with the programs, or atleast not be a retard. It's simple! How can you figure that when the profit is gonna change everyday?

 

its more of a estimate,i know one of the writers,and know how much he usually makes every 2 weeks.basically his pay ends up being from 14+an hour.

 

depends on the service writer really the better they are of coarse the more money they make it is possible to make some bank doing it you just have to be able to sell stuff to customers

 

I average about 16$ an hour a day. I usually gross about 1200 every two weeks.

 

damn most good service writers that i know personally get that on average every week....not every two weeks

 

It's not a dealership, it is a privately owned shop. You can't expect what everyone else makes.
