I would at least try to get up to Sky Bar because it is a pretty killer view, especially at night. It's hot as fuck during the day though.

Byrd and Baldwin has a private party room in the Bar area.. If you are looking for a classy place that would be it.
EDIT: They also added a private dining room to the upstairs of the restaurant too.
