Thats what im saying But its more of a spike from the converter lockup than anything. You would get the same thing by dumping the clutch on a manual car.

Hmmm from what I seen kinda.... on a stall you have whats called tq mulpilication Go to http://www.converter.cc/techtalk/tech.htm and read up on how a stall works... not saying you dont know.. but I learned some cool info from there FAQ section.
On dyno I manual car with the same mods as me would put down more HP becase its 1-1 drive ratio and less TQ, Oh and a lockup Stall dosnt lockup under WOT till about the top of 4th.

Exactly.

Im not an idiot i know what it does. But its exactly the same as posting your uncorrected numbers off a dynojet on a cold day. You'll fool the ricers....

It may be a spike , but that spike is down low and thats what gets me off the line. Car is getting heads soon. Been puttin abit back for them. Then the spike will be even higher and more across the board.

If he's up for running an untuned(well, as far as my s-afc/wideband will get me atleast) 60-1 srt4 next weekend, I'm game :P

He needs to research high hp/rwd/slicks cars before he even touches a stall. He's one of the guys who just hasn't learned that the above mentioned is better for launching than awd.

see, now that's an argument right there. for strict, hardcore drag racing applications, yes there's no doubt that a stalled auto with a linelock, tubbed and slicked is the absolute best for hooking up. but a street car with radials....
