Anybody know if a lawyer can usually get speeding points dismissed ? I'm a few points shy of losing my license and just got a damn ticket.

take the weekend driving class. that is a couple of points aint it? Helluva lot cheaper than a lawyer.

 

Can't you only take it once every six months for points?

BTW: what was the offense and on what grounds do you feel it should be dismissed? If you already have enough points to almost lose your license do you really think they are going to let another ticket slide?
