This is just pulled off of mapquest, added a couple landmarks in case you miss it. The turn you're making off of Mercury Blvd. is right after the 64 exit ramp, you'll go between a La Quinta and another hotel on your right. There are 4 long buildings in the complex, Josh's shop is the one (obviously) highlighted in green on the backside facing a storage unit area.
