is this the Kmart on Victory you're talking about? i was there and as soon as i walked out of the gas station there the cops broke everything up. then some people went to the parking lot by Mcdonalds on Jefferson and Oyster Point and we all got busted there too. they were going to give us tickets for tresspassing. are there any public parks to meet at? the cops told us there was nowhere in Newport News that was legal. the best chance you have is parking in front of somewhere that is still open for business.
