Trying to reach the t-mboile site right now to get live chat support because i cant make or receive calls (not a billing issue) and there site is loading hella slow. Anyone else having issues? I dont have another phone to even try and call customer service.

 

So its not just me. I can't connect to the network at all. Do you have a sidekick?

Yeah Im fucking sick and tired of t-mobile. I'm contemplating the 200 cancellation fee. Also the people who I set my plan up with at chesapeake square disappeared and I haven't gotten an email back from them about my phone insurance with them. Been a bad day.

 

Damn, that sucks. Besides this issue my service has been great with them besides not having 3g where i live, but i have it at work so im content.

 

Last month all sidekick users had no data for at least 7 days. And now this bullshit.

 

And looking at my twitter, I haven't been getting texts for over an hour. And can't log in to their site. I'm gonna read my contract and see if I can get out of this.

 

Cant receive texts. Tried texting out, that doesnt work either. Person I'm at work with doesn't have service on her T-Mobile Blackberry.

 

Did you dial 611 on phone that should still go threw. I had same problem yesterday with my G1.The best time to give them a call will be about 10pm. I was trying to call all day yesterday and last night called 2 times got rep withing seconds.
