I just found some wood filings outside in my back patio. I believe its the bees that are doing that. They cause just as much damage too. I dont know the exact name/species but i'm sure some of you guys know what im talking about.

Carpenter Bees?

 

For the Carpenter Bees just spray the hole and/or bee with regular roach or mosquito killer and then patch the hole.

The Pest control companies will not anything about Carpenter Bees.

I have that problem too every Spring/Summer.
