I still need another room mate. It's a 5 bedroom house on 42nd street (1521) right by Powhatan Rd. It's easily walkable to ODU campus. I'll be moving in tomorrow (27th) along with the other roommates. House will be pretty well furnished. I'm bringing my 33" TV + buying an entertainment center for it today + my DVD player + a lot of DVDs. I have a nice goodsized couch, a kitchen table, a grill for the backyard, going to pick up some patio furniture next week, etc. So basicallyyou just need to bring your ass, your rent and your bedroom stuff lol...

5 Bedrooms each with good sized closets. Two stories with upstairs deck facing 41st Street (on back of the house.) Utilities included in rent, all tenants are students. No cigarette smoke in the house. Security system installed in house, cable TV + cable internet + phone will be turned on next week. (will be an additional $10-15/month.) You need to be down with drinking obviously. If you smoke weed it's your business just don't be an idiot about it. Deposit = first and last month's rent. The lease is split up into individual sections, so you will be signing your own contract with the realty company (Warner Properties, Inc.)

So... yea $415/month utilities included....
