If you are driving in Norfolk and someone walks out in front of your car with a slow to moderate pace with no regards to traffic or cross walks, then looks at you like you, the driver of the car, did something wrong. What is the race of this jaywalker?

I had greens all the way down City Hall and people were just crossing wherever they wanted.

I'll be right up front and say African American because they do that shit on Military Highway all teh fucking time.
Best one was at AAFRAM (or whatever the fuck it was) in downtown Norfolk.

I like watching the count-down timer on the pedestrian walk/no-walk sign.
When it gets to about 4, I start brake boosting. the back of my car lifts up about 6 inches by the time I am at about 3000 RPM. You'd be suprised how fast people move out of the crosswalk when there is tire smoke rolling from the back of my car.
