today across from work in rodanthe....it was 2 feet over head and very solid se swell..by dark when i checked it , it was still over head and clean.

first time out this summer, im so out of shape

i went after workin 7hrs in this heat, i only lasted like an hour, fun though, might go out in the morning if i can move
