does anybody know what happend on independence right across from golden corral. it looked like a porsche tried running from the cops cause the porsche was smashed and there were like 20 cops.

 

20 cops? Was their a black man in their or something. I don't even think they have that much cops chase you in the video games.

What happened was, some drunk guy was running from the cops.... hence the massive amount, and when he exited the interstate, he kinda hit the wall tumbled over cause some one other accident I think, got out of the car... ran about a block.. then passed out... or at least that's what the witness who went to wawa said happened...
