Sorry, have to disagree. How many times have you seen it where cops pull behind someone and run the plates just to make sure its not stolen or what not.

I think you can actually go to the DMV and for $8 use the plates to find the owner and address.

You need to pm me with a list of names and the car and plate number, its pretty fucked up to sit here and say you know who did it and not tell anyone, meanwhile my best friend sits without his pride and joy. If you do not pm me with some information i will contact the authorities, i have a complete print out of this whole thread and also screen shots so dont even try to edit your posts, either way im contacting the authorties so you better come up with some information.
