I just saw the red van creeping towards the evo again, are these guys morons. I'm coming back from a friend and they got their lights off again. Def something shady with them so keep an eye out for a red caravanish vehicle. They left promptly when i slowed down to chekc out their vehicle.

They'd have to have a reason to run the plates though. Driving slowly down a street at night isn't enough of a reason.
