Left in the parking lot near my office.

The thieves will be caught, it was dropped off/towed to this location. It has no axles and shift linkage is missing. My building is a secure site. It has 24/7 cameras on both buildings 360* around. It's not that bad, it is stripped 1/2 way. The police think it's an insurance scam. Looking at the car I think the same thing.
