I find it so funny that Steppin' Out has punk shows now. I guess they gotta make money somehow. My dads been going to steppin out for like 20 years or something for shag/beach music and is the resident dj there for that old ppl crowd. I went there a week ago because he was getting inducted into the va beach shaggers hall of fame and i saw corners cut (my friends band) and ASG fliars on the doors. I was like wtf heh.

But ya, i think authority zero is pretty good.

 

I like Authority Zero, too. I'm surprised that Jackmove won't be playing. Every time AZ has come in the past few years, Jackmove opened up for them.

Yeah, Steppin out is actually having Converge. All I can say is that they will most likely regret that decision

Steppin' Out is seriously one of the best venues we have around here now a days. I'm really glad they started hosting shows. I can't wait to see Converge there in April.

 

Where is steppin' out? I've never heard of it for some reason. It sounds like a good show, i've listened to az, and Whole Wheat Bread sounds really good. I loved jackmove too.

 

And that's a damned shame. Not that there's anything wrong with Steppin Out, but with all the bands and all the possible venues around, no one will actually get anything decent going.

Don't let me win the lottery...I'll have the area's first fine dining/tapas/bbq/soul food/punk/ska/garage/race track venue.
