i agree. he just misses you and he'll do anything just to talk to you again. i've had this happen to me. after about a month or so he finally got the hint that i wouldnt go back out with him and he left me alone.

Yea... i had a similar problem when i lived in Germany. Just some guy always askin if i wanted to hang out, shoot some hoops, smoke some hash, etc.... I was like cool... and then HE asked if HE could suck MY dick... and i punched that bitch in the face... faggot ass muthafucker..... LOL..
