just to let everyone know, the deputies of chesapeake are allowed to have lights/sirens on one of their personal cars. deputies can pull you over if they want, but usually, they don't unless you are doing something really stupid/dangerous. The reason I know this is b/c i worked with them when they enforce security on fri/sat nights. for example, one guy has a 90 escort GT, w/ lights and sirens. it can be anything really.
