nick you know who drives the red saleen (or maybe just kitted) with the big chromes (18 prolly) here in town? I've seen him around a couple times in the last week.

whoever you spotted, my guess is that you're right and they were with a magazine or something. Even if not, with MI plates I doubt their local, prolly were just passing through or are here for the weekend

Is it a coupe? With coupes theres an easy way to tell a true saleen from a kitted Stang. Verts are harder

The guy that has the red coupe Roush is what people call "Money Mike". He is about my age and has a Roush stg.1 which is basically a reg. GT w/side exhaust and cai. Also has body kit, spoiler, and wheels. He's a cool guy from what I've heard but I've not met him.

 

roushs are great but i would take that saleen anyday. i have seen that saleen too roaming around down by the beach

 

Saleens are turds. Freedom ford stop selling them do to all the blown up blowers and motors. That Saleen was failing to send parts. I saw a extreme sit in the back of Freedom waiting for parts for 6 months. I bought a GT and built me a fakeleen, its stonger and faster as well as cheaper. But look wis saleens are nice. Just the product sucks.

 

Definately. Saleens quality has steadily declined over the past few years. Ive heard a lot about the body kits warping and losing their shape as well. Roush is a far superior product.
