i'll beT 95% of The real police don'T mind kids or young adulTs hanging ouT as long as no sTupid shiT happen...i.e. fighTing, racing, burnT ouT, drinking in public and oTher serious crimes. There is no law for hanging ouT, unless There are signs posTing "NO TRESPASSING", BuT how can u Trespass if shops are sTill "OPEN" in ThaT shopping cenTer.
plus, The real cops have beTTer Thing To do Then mess wiTh people hanging ouT...i.e. like sTupid idioTs ThaT beaT up his gf or wife, robbery, rape, burglary, or sTupid people ThaT jusT like cops To come To Their house.
ps...How do i know...hmm...ride-a-long, ADJ's classes aT TCC and Criminal classes at ODU or maybe got in trouble now and then
so don't act badass or u know everything cuz u are somewhat certified as a DCRJS.
Edit: don't street race...it's not worth it. just go to the spot to meet new friends and enjoy the cars.

Sheriffs are cool. I was in Chesapeake doing time(1 night 
) for a reckless and as I was leaving the sherriff asked me what I was in for and I told him 85 on 64 near Greenbrier. He was in shock saying that he was doing 90 to work that morning. I told him its because he wears the uniform when driving. He even admitted to doing that so he wont get pulled. Dont blame him though I would do the same. Can someone please PM me and tell me how to get there as well. Thanks.

reckless is a VUS (Virginia Uniform Summon) traffic ticket w/ an advisement date usually ten days from the offense date. It require u to show up in court so they can give a lawyer if u can't afford one. u don't go to jail right at the traffic stop....so i explain why u go to jail or everything u say i'll consider is a lie.
