was goin bout 65 and by the time i was close to him its was 45... soo tell me how other cars beside me and behind me wasn't speeding if all i did was took over that guy on my right to take the right lane? and before i even passed the popo light were already on and ready to pull me over. i know i was speeding but i would know if i was goin close to 80mph thats too fast but if he sed i was goin 78 dem other cars must be goin around 70 then.

Definitely. With a state that hands out wreckless charges like candy, you would think people would slow down. OP doing 20+ over the speed limit and admitted it to the cop, either way you are deserving what you get.

that's probably why the cop wrote 78 and not 72... to make sure you get fucked without the KY jelly.

Go get your speedometer calibrated and bring the paperwork to court... and try to attend driving school before your court date.

$1500 for a traffic lawyer?

Must be out of your mind.

That is the going rate for:

1) Defending you for a reckless driving ticket which is a misdemeanor.
2) A great lawyer who can actually help you stay out of jail in a virginia beach court room, especially with the guy on the bench this month. I forgot his name but it is slammin somthing cause he puts alot of people in jail.

I know of him, he came out when my bike was stolen. Seemed like a real nice straightforward guy when I talked to him. :dunno:
