I do 5 over on the streets, and depending where I'm at on the highway is what my speed is. Of course, i drive alot slower on the highway in the neon than i did in the formula, shit in that car 90 felt like 60.

Ya, 5 over in the streets. But around the courthouse, I got pulled for doing 3 over, and I asked the officer what was wrong and he told me I was speeding, and I got a ticket. Fag. Dropped though at least.
