Rodney at Rocket welded my subframe connectors on and I believe he charged me $75. It was a while back though, but I'm pretty sure that's what he charged.

I just want to point out that these are FULL WELD IN, not the bolt in kind with a tack weld here and there. If you figured a shop charges say $75 a hour for labor. There not gonna do a full weld job on BOTH subframes in under 2 hours.

I've been asking a few mustang forums as well and they all seem to think thats about the right price for labor as thats about what they paid.

Brock has the same ones you do and he's the most anal motherfucker on the planet when it comes to work on his car.

If Rodney did them for $75 and Brock's pleased with the work, then you know it was done well. I'm not sure, but I think that was a straight charge, not per hour

If it makes you feel any better, PAS is going to charge me about $75 an hour for probably about 2 hours worth of work.

Rodney (Rocket Performance) has done quite a bit of work for me and his prices are more than fair. I've never personally had any work done at All Aspects but I wouldn't hesitate to have him do anything for me. I have 80% of my work done at PAS, but thats really not necessary to travel to Richmond for sub-frames, there are plenty of competent shops in the area.

Install them yourself

Me and a buddy did my weld in SFC's and it took about 2 hours.

Just my 2¢ but, on a Mustang at least, it is very important that whoever you get to install the SFC's do it on a drive-on lift. Some DIYers neglect this and install the SFC with the chassis flexed.

Oh and another +1 for Rocket. Very good people there.
