Its the Victory Performance Super Street kit, core measures 24x10.3x3.5, its alot bigger than it looks in the picture, cuz you can only see half of it.

Yeah it came with all the pipes necessary, it also came with a slimline fan, and you can get it flanged for pretty much any blow off valve you want. But if you want to run a 16g with it you will have to do a little bit of piping work, because it is set up for a 20g or similar style outlet.
