ROOMMATES WANTED: VA Bch
Located off Holland/S.Plaza (Near/across the way from Animal Jungle). Its a 2 story townhouse, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 1 car garage.
The rooms are currently still occupied. Though neither one of them actually live/sleep here. Their belongings are still here. The smaller of the two rooms will be cleared out by the 8th of August. That room is 12'x10.5'x8' which also has the smaller closet space. The other room is slightly larger but seems to have more room/space. That room is 12.5'x10.5'x8' with a larger closet and a built-in shelving case w/ TV rack/shelf. The rent will included all utilities such as; Water, Sewage, Electric, and the usage of my overly priced, super high tech, "still buttons on which I have yet to know what it does", Washer and Dryer. The rooms are also in the process of being repainted.
ROOMS ARE NOW RESERVED/TAKEN/FILLED thanks for compliments and interests
**Rent is still subjected to changed, possibly. Case by case basis**
I currently do not have pictures of the rooms due to my current roommate's personal belongings are still in there and I would like to notify them in advance that I will be showing the rooms. If you would like to come and see the place and rooms. Contact me and we can arrange a date and time.
I do, have pictures of the Common spaces. Work is still in progress here and there. Please excuse the "lackness".
