i have a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse and i'm looking for a roommate. located on S.Plaza/Holland. $375 a month and a third of utilities (electric/water) will pay for cable/internet myself. I do have a washer/dryer too. Near just about everything. (malls, towncenter, highways, etc.)

how soon do you need this, our lease is up end of june

 

the sooner the better. I just bought this townhouse. I actually just moved in last tuesday. still havent even gotten furniture yet. lol.... i ended up buying a new x-runner. *a minor set back i guess. hahah
