I own a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo near the oceanfront in Virginia Beach. My wife and I currently reside there and are THINKING about renting our spare room out. Here are a few brief points on it.
- fair sized room with window and large private closet, internet
- private full bath
- full use of the condo which includes
- shared living room, 50 inch flat screen, xbox 360, HD cable, DVR
- shared kitchen
- shared washer and dryer
- shared dinning room

Were looking for someone who is fairly social, friendly, and considerate. Someone who is NEAT, CLEAN and responsible.

We do have a small dog but are not willing to take in any more animals because our little one is enough for us.

Rent will include water and cable and will be a flat 450 every month. First months rent will be due upon moving in so you'll always be paid in full a month in advance and will need no notice to move out.

You may have guest over as long as they are CONSIDERATE, CLEAN, and RESPONSIBLE.

Parking is within the complex and is curbside unless you have a nicer car than mine and then you may have my spot.

Trav and his wife were kind enough to let me stay with them for quite a while to get out of my parents house and you can see how low the rent is and that helped me out alot to get my own house. Condo is nice, in a great location and youve got everything you need, i watched the gigantic plasma way too often, haha. hes my best friend and a great guy and his wife is awesome too. And that price cant be beat for what you get. Black man youd have to start surfing since youd be living so close to the beach now. 30 seconds from the interstate is pretty awesome too.
